Go buy yourself a bag of raw almonds from Trader Joe's for a pretty fair price. Making it yourself is a bit cheaper and more importantly you avoid the possibility of rancid nut butters ( been there, done that), that can make you sick (been there too)
2 cups raw almonds Avocado oil (optional)
Set your oven or toaster oven to just under 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Lay out the almond in a single layer. Toast them for 6-7 minutes. Transfer 1 cup at a time to your food processor. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides regularly for consistency. You will need to process them for 3-5 minutes. Repeat for the remaining almonds. I have processed both cups together, but I find it easier to split it up. Total time of processing is about 10 minutes whether you separate them of not. Finally, if you would like your almond butter to be more spreadable, add a tablespoon of oil to the processor once almonds are almost paste-like.
