Try adding some to smoothies, atop waffles, cocoa, desserts, pies, coffee, and anything else that comes to mind. 1 can coconut cream or organic coconut milk (not low fat), refrigerated 1 teaspoon vanilla powder or extract Stevia, to taste or sweetener of your choice
Scoop out the thickest part of the coconut milk out of the can into a medium bowl; add vanilla, and stevia/ Whisk or use an electric mixer to fluff. Refrigerate until ready to use or use immediately.
For a neat variation, try carob-coconut whipped cream. Add 1/4 cup carob powder and additional stevia to taste, to the coconut milk and vanilla.
