God's love is amazing and His greatest commandment to us is TO LOVE. Receiving His love comes from believing that His Word to us is true, getting it on the inside of us, and meditating on it all day long, then and only then can we move by the Spirit in us and experience His power in our lives. It's His promise to us. Are you fit? Are you active? God gave us remarkable bodies for laboring and the ability to get stronger from doing so. Inactivity makes us stale, congested, and out of shape, and we lose motivation to do what's important and necessary for our survival and happiness.

I find it is important to never give up on yourself. You are worth it. God made you to be the best you can be. Slacking is not allowed!
