Nourish you: Nutrition is everything you put in your mouth. So ask yourself, is this helping me stay healthy or causing more work for my body-- causing it to age and weaken? Trust Him: As Christians, we can trust in God's Word and believe that what He says is true. His promises are that of prosperity and health, so long as we abide in Him; then He will abide in us and heal us. Jesus' death on the cross paid the price for our sins and sicknesses.
