Vanilla-Glazed Sesame-Flax Protein Bars
Gluten-Free Vegan High-Protein These are good pre-workout bars for that late day workout (so this would be your afternoon protein snack; and the sugars will replenish your lost glycogen) or post workout bars after your morning workout (so this would be your mid-morning/after-workout snack) Not recommended as a snack ulness you are active!! Process ground seeds, dates, brown rice syrup, and brown rice protein powder, and sprouts in a food processor until consistent. Stir or pulse in raisins and then cereals and coconut. Press mixture and flatten into a rectangle roughly 7" x 4". Combine the coconut oil, the pea protein and stevia, if using. Frost the pressed mixture. Freeze for 20-30 minutes. Cut into 6 bars. Keep frozen or cold until ready to eat |
