1 cup pitted organic dates 1 cup raw cashews, soaked 20-30 minutes 1 cup organic coconut flakes or shredded coconut 1/4 cup hemp seeds 1 tablespoon organic cocoa powder 2 teaspoons spirulina powder 1/4 cup or more unsweetened organic coconut
Put all ingredients through spirulina, into a food processor. Process until crumbly, scrape down sides of the container and process again for consistency. Scoop out mixture by heaping tablespoonful and form each into a ball. Roll in shredded coconut.
