So you want to eat more chia seeds, flax seeds hemp seeds, blueberries, broccoli, pomegranates, and spirulina? Well maybe not all those, but maybe this will inspire you.
To your cereal, add a tablespoon of chia, or hemp seeds or ground flax seeds.
Eat hemp seeds right out of the bag!
Have a handful of blueberries during one of your snack times when you might eat a protein bar or a yogurt.
Include broccoli a couple of times per week atop your salad. Place in boiling water for 10-20 seconds to brighten it up and allow for greater release of nutrients.
Pomegranates are high in antioxidants, those colorful nutrients that combat free radicals, rendering them harmless to our cells (which are attacking us all day long). Add the seeds to salad or a fish or poultry dish.
Spirulina is an algae loaded with special chlorophyll, protein, vitamins and minerals---important for disease prevention. Spirulina has the ability to decrease the size of tumors!! I add this to protein drinks, homemade protein bars, and green smoothies. It is a great staple food for vegetarians and vegans because of the B-vitamins and protein.
