1/2 cup sunflower seeds soaked 1-2 hours 1 clove garlic 1/4 teaspoon raw desert salt or sea salt 1/2 teaspoon dried dill 1 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 cup fresh water 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Put all ingredients into a food processor. Process until smooth and consistent, scraping down sides as needed. Transfer to a serving bowl, Sprinkle with dill and drizzle olive oil over the top, if desired.
