This is an easy raw food meal that comes together quickly.
Ingredients:
1- 3/4 cups sunflower seeds, soaked for a few hours, drained 2 carrots 1 celery stalk 1/2 red onion 1/2 cup parsley 1/4 cup fresh basil 1 teaspoon dried tarragon 1 teaspoon dired oregano 2 teaspoons onion powder 1/8 cup raisins, soaked 2 teaspoons sea salt with herbs 1 teaspoon fresh or dried dill
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process until uniform, scraping down sides as necesary for consistency. Form into burgers. I like to use a 1/3 cup measure. Makes 9 with 1/3 cup of mixture. Serve wrapped in greens with homemade ketchup, mayo and cheeze, if desired
