Serves only you
1 (13.5-ounce) can unsweetened coconut milk (not low fat)
1 cup papaya chunks
½ cup frozen pineapple or pineapple juice
1 scoop organic vanilla whey protein isolate powder
2 teaspoons flax seed oil
Few ice cubes
Pour coconut milk into a wide –rimmed bowl. Whisk until uniform.
Blend 1 cup of your whipped coconut milk with the papaya, pineapple, protein powder, flax seed oil, and ice in a Vitamix or high-speed blender until smooth.
