Warm Coconut Sauce for pancakes, waffles, ice cream, and fruit

Makes about 1 cup
½ cup stirred organic coconut milk 2 tablespoons extra virgin coconut oil ¼ cup raw unfiltered honey ¼ cup organic unsweetened shredded coconut 2 teaspoons coconut extract or flavoring
Put all ingredients into a small saucepan set over low heat. Just warm it enough to melt the honey and any hardened coconut oil or coconut milk chunks. Serve atop hot crispy waffles or pancakes.
