Coconut Curry Hommus
Serve with any crudites, as a side for rice and salad or as a spread for wraps or sandwiches.
2 cups (or a 15 ounce can) organic chick peas, drained
1/2 cup chilled organic coconut milk (the thickest part--the"cream")
Juice from 1 lemon
1 small clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
Dash nutmeg
Sea salt, to taste
Put all ingredients into a food processor. Process until very smooth.
