Caramel Sauce
3/4 cup cashews, soaked 4-6 hours
1 tablespoon molasses
3 tablespoons maple syrup
3 tablespoons barley malt
3 tablespoons canned full fat coconut milk (the thickest part)
Stevia powder or liquid, to taste
Put all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
