Good Morning! This is not an actual recipe but a note to inspire you to add something fresh to your everyday foods.
Stepping outside this morning to gather some chives for our scrambled eggs means our eggs will include sun-induced nutrients. Adding greens to your breakfast not only adds chlorophyll, but vitamins that your body needs to go on. Fresh kale added to your smoothie, scallions or chives added to eggs---it all matters and why not start the day with something most people only end their day with. Get as much as you can!
