Start with cereal. Do not buy any that contains more than 5 or 6 grams per serving. Keep that in mind if you have more than one serving! How else could you lower sugar intake? okay here's another: Add stevia to your baked goods. Oh, and skip store bought baked goods altogether.

You can stuff medjool dates with goat cheese and then sprinkle a few pomegranate seeds into the cheese. There are many other variations. Can you post some ideas?
