Eating healthy with a goal of fat loss...
First, Go to the grocery store, buy the foods listed below and then incorporate them into your meals regularly. It's as easy as it sounds. Remember to control how much you eat, yet include plenty of veggies thoughout the day and a good amount of fruit early in the day. 1.Apples and walnuts, low calorie, low glycemic, high nutrient,like many other fruits (esp. berries, and pears); include them daily.
