Fitness Almond Butter Cookie Balls
Not too sweet but very satisfying. Add a little more stevia if you'd like them sweeter. With adequate protein, fiber and low-glycemic sugar, you're not going backwards with these treats. Cooked at a low temp to protect oils and seeds, if using; and it keeps them doughy!
Makes 16 dough balls
Preheat oven 300 degrees. Stir together all ingredients. Use a tablespoon of dough for each cookie. Roll into a ball and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 9 minutes. Cookies will seem doughy but will have cracks. They are done! |
